RETURNS POLICY: If you want to surrender the connection, must inform us a week before.
REFUND POLICY: Once we receive our equipment, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned equipment. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the equipment. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by Cheque. You will receive a credit within certain amount of days.
